Cookie Policy

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser. Similar technologies (localStorage, sessionStorage) work the same way and are treated the same in this policy.

Under art. 4(5) of Romanian Law no. 506/2004, storing information on your device requires your consent, except where it is strictly necessary to provide the service you asked for.

2. What we use

The Site uses strictly necessary storage only:

• “ly-cookie-consent” (localStorage) — remembers your cookie choice so we don’t ask on every visit. Duration: 12 months.
• “parent-gate-unlocked” (sessionStorage) — only on the protected /parent page; remembers that you entered the access code. Duration: until the tab is closed.

We use no analytics, advertising or social media cookies. Fonts are hosted on our own server, so your browser makes no requests to Google Fonts.

3. Third parties

• Cloudflare, our hosting provider, may in some situations set technical security cookies (e.g. “__cf_bm”) to tell real visitors from automated traffic. These are strictly necessary.
• If you press “Send on WhatsApp” you are taken to a Meta site (wa.me), which uses its own cookies under WhatsApp’s policy.

4. Your choice

On your first visit we show a banner where you can choose “Accept all” or “Necessary only”. If we ever add non-essential cookies (e.g. analytics), we will turn them on only after you choose “Accept all”, and we will update the list above.

You can change your choice at any time from the “Cookie settings” link in the page footer.

5. Managing cookies in your browser

You can delete or block cookies and local storage in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary storage may make the Site ask about cookies again on every visit.
